She previously served as the CMO and EVP of Communications at Tenet Healthcare, and held various leadership roles at PepsiCo, Perot Systems, and IBM, where she pioneered multicultural strategies, established centers of excellence, and oversaw technology infrastructure consolidation.
Marie is passionate about building strong, responsible corporate workplace cultures, delivering shareholder value, and supporting the community. Most recently, she authored a book called "Last Flight from Havana", a memoir reminding us that to live an authentic life we must allow ourselves be vulnerable and bold.
